Baby Water Buffalo

Curd and Rat where the best of friends. So when Rat saw Curd's dead body in the Tree, I'm sure it pushed the guy over the edge. Curd was really stupid & very courageous. I still can't figure out which one he really was. I guess stupid, I mean the man did get himself blown up messing around. But my point is about Rat. The man killed a baby water buffalo over the man's dead. Not just killed it, slowly tortured it. Blew every part of it's body off without even thinking. Then walked away sobbing while the buffalo lay there helpless. So maybe Rat does have feelings after all.
